LG has unveiled an LTE version of its G Pad 8.0. The device goes on sale this week and will be first available in Europe, followed by Americas and CIS.
LG G Pad 8.0 LTE tablet is powered by 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 quad-core processor and comes with a 7-inch HD IPS display (1280×720 @189ppi). It also packs 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage with option to expand it to 64GB via microSD card, 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera and non-removable 4200mAh battery.
it will be available in Black, White, Luminous Orange, and Luminous Blue colours.
As per Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, “With the G Pad 8.0 LTE, LG is setting a higher standard for connectivity in emerging 4G markets.”
“Today’s on-the-go consumers demand speed and convenience wherever they are, at any time. If a 4G LTE infrastructure is in place, we want LG products to be first to take advantage of the fast network,” he added.
